Semarang Regency and Salatiga City have a complex geomorphological landform that can be divided into another information i.e. rock type and soil type. The information was obtained from Digital Elevation Model of ALOS-PALSAR within Semarang Regency and Salatiga City administrative boundaries using landscape ecological approach. There are 3 different outputs that was produced during this research, i.e. Landform map analysis data, Rock map analysis data and Soil map analysis data. These outputs are correlated because rock and soil informations were obtained from landform map analysis data.
