Efek Jenis Pakan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ikan Tawes (Duntius Javanicus Blkr.)

The effect of fish nutrition on the growth of carp fishes (Cyprinus carpio L.) has been investigated. Twenty five fishes were used in this experiment, the body weight ranged between 13,8 g - 44.85 g, the body length ranged between 9.3 cm - 13.9 cm. They were divided into five groups: 1) control group; 2) second group to fifth group were used for treatments. Fish nutrition was given twice a day, and the fish have been investigated for one month.
Before and after treatments, the body weight and the length of each fish was recorded. DO, free CO2, exponent of hydrogen and the temperature of test water were recorded also. The design of the experiment was Completely Randomized, and the Least Significant Differences (LSD), and the t values were analyzed.
From the results of this experiment and discussion could be concluded that fish nutrition which has been given flour of earthworm could result higher growth for the carp fish.
