Abstract
Flood is one of the most threatening hazards in Indonesia. The disaster may affect road disruptions. Disaster mapping with the combination of ground vehicles and drones would be a possible way to respond to flood disasters. The study aimed to determine parameter values that generate the best solution by metaheuristics algorithm and compare each method's solution values. The modeled problem was solved by the exact method using AMPL and the Simulated Annealing algorithm using the C# programming language, and the parameters tuning process was performed before the implementation of the metaheuristic algorithm. The results show that there are 4.28 differences between the optimal solution generated by AMPL and Simulated Annealing. © 2020 IEEE.
