Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) leaves and empty fruit bunches (OPLEFB) extracts have secondary metabolites that have the potential for green synthesis of Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs). The inquiry about strategy starts with the extraction of OPLEFB, synthesis of Fe3O4 NPs with a various calcination temperatures of 300, 400, and 500 oC, conjugation of Fe3O4 NPs with Human Serum Albumin (HSA) ratio (1:1, 1:2, 1:3), and labeling of HSA- Fe3O4 NPs with Technetium-99m (99mTc). The characterizations carried out for Fe3O4 NPs were FT-IR, VSM, and XRD. Conjugate characterization of HSA- Fe3O4 NPs was seen utilizing FT-IR and [99mTc]Tc-HSA-Fe3O4 NPs was measured for radiochemical purity employing a TLC scanner. The result of the FT-IR of OPLEFB extract showed the presence of O-H, C=O, and N-H, which were related to alkaloids, flavonoids, and cellulose. The optimum variation was Fe3O4 NPs with 400 oC calcination, FT-IRFT-IR confirmed that confirmed that showed Fe-O vibrations at a peak of 549 cm-1. XRD information affirmed the precious crystal structure of Fe3O4 NPs with JCPDS No. 03-0863. The VSM values for Fe3O4 NPs were 29.0, 63.9, and 74.0 emu/g for the Fe3O4 NPs 300, 400, and 500.
