National Single Window is a technology that has become a trend in recent decades, notably in ASEAN. This research aims to explain the staged development process of the National Single Window in Indonesia and Vietnam. This research serves as evaluation material for ASEAN member countries, to understand the importance of trade facilitation and continuous innovation to facilitate the administrative process for international trade. The methodology used in this research is a systematic literature review, which involves planning, conducting, reporting, and drawing conclusions from all available evidence. Generally, the successful implementation of the National Single Window is supported by factors in the development process. The supporting factors are political support, legal framework, and technological readiness. © 2020 Mykolas Riomeris University. All rights reserved.
