Background: Cancer is the leading cause of death in developed countries and the number two cause of death in developing countries. Parents who dealing with a child who diagnosed cancer can be well accepted through the perspective of making adaptive meanings. In United States percentage children who died in hospital with cancer that did not have Palliative Care died in the ICU is 72 compared to 21 of those who have Palliative Care. Purpose: This paper aims at Family Center Care in children with cancer Method: This literature uses inclusion and exclusion criteria, articles obtained and then get reviewed the articles obtained from databases namely Pubmed (2016-2020) and Science Direct (2012-2020). The keyword used in searching the article in English are: "family center " and "care" and "children" and "cancer ". Results: From three articles that have collected the role of parents is very important in the quality of life in children with cancer, these three articles said parents need the latest information or methods like website to monitor their child's development or reduce errors in the provision of care, these three articles say parents have cumulative stress levels both in financial and child care terms, and in two articles say the involvement of a doctor or nurse is very important in treating children in cancer at home. Conclusion: Parents or families who are caregiver for children with cancer can provide quality of life for pediatric patients with cancer, parent involvement is always preferred and collaborated with doctors or nurses to provide solutions in care and reduce stress levels on the family or parents.
