Smart Village Achievement in Kasongan Tourism Village, Bantulregency

Smart village development has an important role in national development. The development of tourist villages is also influenced by the role of smart village implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine the achievement of smart village initiation in Kasongan Tourism Village and identify indicators that strengthen Kasongan Tourism Village towards a smart village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Primary and secondary data from the results of in-depth interviews and data provided by village officials were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. Based on the analysis carried out, the research results obtained that (1) Kasongan Tourism Village has reached the initiation stage of developing village innovations related to the smart village initiation program. (2) Government support and success, use of technology, and active participation from the community are strengthening indicators of Kasongan Tourism Village towards a smart village.
