Measuring E-Govqual on Simantab Application: A model of disaster information for public service

This research aims to measure the e-govqual of the Simantab application in providing disaster information services. The research method uses qualitative with secondary data sources (articles and relevant documents. Data analysis uses the E-Govqual model to analyze the Simantab application. The research results show that the Simantab Application has several menus for disseminating disaster information. In the e-govqual parameters in the Simantab Application, It was found that in terms of usability indicators, no integration was connected to the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD). Apart from that, this application was not friendly to users, as evidenced by the appearance of the information presented, which only focused on the potential disaster of Mount Merapi every disaster event directly through the Simantab application. © 2025 Institute of Physics Publishing.
