Empirical Analysis of Co-Production Results of Tourism Development Components in the Innovation of Independent Tourism Village, Pulesari, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

This paper aims to provide empirical evidence of co-production results based on tourism development components in independent tourism village innovation, Pulesari, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Empirical studies of co-production are few compared to theoretical, conceptual studies and determinants of co-production amidst the increasing number of these studies in the last ten years. This research was conducted in the Pulesari tourism village setting which was declared successful in becoming an independent and sustainable tourism village. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, data was taken through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies with researchers as the main instrument. Data was taken since the establishment of the Pulesari tourism village from three key informants and 10 supporting informants who were selected purposively. Analysis of evidence from the results and discussion of co-production of tourism village innovation based on tourism development components The concept of the 6A framework is: attraction, accessibility, amenities, available packages, activity andancillary services. Data analysis starts from data collection, reduction, verification, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Finding bevidence of joint production of innovations in tourism villages based on tourism development component 6A that Pulesari tourist village has diverse attractions, easy access, adequate facilities, complete tour packages available with various choices, activities that provide new experiences and mhas additional services, besides that visitors get a guarantee of safety. Thus Pulesari tourist village has proven successful in carrying out joint production of tourist village innovations based on tourism development components. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
