Abstract

Among the existence of various medicinal plants, Andrographis species caught the attention of many researchers worldwide. Due to its excellent antioxidant properties that are often correlated with powerful pharmacological action, abundant source availability, and low maintenance for cultivation, Andrographis species could be considered one of the most promising plant genera that need to be utilized further. This mini-review is aimed to summarize the recent health-related experiments on Andrographis species. © 2023 The Authors.
